Opportunik Advisory Ltd seeks a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our products or services. 

The Digital Marketing Lead will leverage various digital channels, analyze data, and employ effective strategies to attract and convert prospects into leads. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Full-time with a probation period of 6 months.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies through various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify and implement innovative tactics to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and engaging content that attracts and retains the target audience.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement to enhance lead-generation efforts.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Implement CRO strategies to enhance the conversion rates of landing pages, emails, and other digital assets.
  • Test the various elements to identify the most effective approaches for lead conversion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure everyone is aligned on campaign goals and performance.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving.
