Graphic Designer

Role in Brief
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various mediums, including digital and print. Your work will range from designing marketing materials to developing brand identities and creating content for social media. Additionally, you will be involved in video editing and website development, with an emphasis on enhancing the visual storytelling of the company’s brand.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and create visual content for digital platforms, print, and other mediums.
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
- Create/edit videos using CapCut or other video editing tools.
- Contribute to website design and updates using WordPress.
- Ensure that all designs are on-brand and meet the company’s guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver creative assets on time.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software.
Qualifications, Skill Sets, and Values
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to create/edit videos using CapCut or other video editing tools.
- Experience in website development using WordPress.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
