Role in Brief
Opportunik Advisory Ltd is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst (IRA) responsible for supporting the Investor Relations Manager in managing client relationships with individuals and organizations. The IRA will assist in onboarding clients, providing information, responding to inquiries, and preparing necessary correspondence and reports.
The primary objective is to contribute to the achievement of Opportunik’s mandate of unlocking prosperity for Africans through alternative investments.

Investor Relations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate investors’ KYC process with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively onboard retail and institutional investors, by offering excellent ‘white glove’ services.
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing investors, acting as a secondary point of contact for inquiries and updates.
- Support in communicating the company’s financial performance, key developments, and strategic initiatives to investors through various channels.
- Aid in implementing crisis communication strategies to address adverse situations impacting the company’s image and investor confidence.
- Assist in identifying and targeting potential new investors, both institutional and individual, to expand the company’s investor base.
- Support in organizing roadshows, conferences, and other events to attract and engage potential investors.
- Assist in ensuring accurate and timely distribution of financial information to investors.
- Stay updated about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights to the executive team and investors.
- Contribute to benchmarking analysis to assess the company’s performance against industry standards.
- Support in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
